Sadly time is catching up with me and I need to look at protecting my thinning crown! I wear a hat where possible but are there any other options out there? I dont want to whack a load of greasy sun cream on there really! Its more so for foreign holidays where you are out in the sun a lot.

I found this which looks like it could be good but Im sure the powers of OCUK can assist me with finding the best solution!

Get a bottle of P20. Apply liberally once in the morning, that's you done all day. In and out of the pool :)

...not that I'm in the same boat as you or anything, nope I've got a full head of thick hair...honest guv :p

Never heard of this P20 stuff, will have to check it out! Sounds like it could be the perfect thing for my manly balding head.

i reckon P20 is carp.

stains everything and you will burn with it. for the scalp i dont know. not sure how you would put p20 or any other cream onto your head when there is still hair / thin hair present.

Aye; don't over think this and forget all that "lotion on the skin" trap. Get a hat. Hats are cool!

It rubs the lotion on its skin...

I still have hair (seems to be obligatory to state this in responses to this thread) but when holidaying in hotter climes I find that Calypso once a day lotion does the job and is certainly cheaper than P20.

You know there are medications out there which reverse hair loss like finasteride? You can get a prescription for it easily. None of this suncream for hair rubbish.
