EVGA AIO kit for 1080FE and 1080Ti FE

800 to be exact and personally I'd spend the extra 40 quid on EVGA's Superclocked-2 hybrid if an all-in-one is a must.

Of course it's a different matter if you're one of the FE owners who wouldn't wait for the aftermarket models.

Other thing its good for is the step up programme as they only offer F.E's here. If you had a higher end 1080 the step up was no more than the cost of postage. Upgrade from an air cooled 1080 to a watercooled 1080 ti for £170, not free but not bad.

http://imgur.com/a/hr8lI should give you some idea but I am sure he has mounted the pump around the wrong way.

I dont think he's using a EVGA 1080ti AIO kit as there was no cowl fitted. Also the pipes are meant to come out the top not the end where the connectors are. He's fitted back the Geforce sign which is where the pipes would normally come out through the cowl/rubber grommet provided.

Will this fit in the rear 120 mount location on a Corsair 400C case?

I have a 240mm CPU rad on the top and two 140mm fans at the front.

I have a 140mm > 120mm fan adaptor/cowl so I fit my rad in the front. OCUK used to sell them but I cant see them anymore. They were blue or red.

It's good if for whatever reason you're within the 3 month limit.

Good find. Although the one I see says it's for the 1080/1070.
I hear it's compatible but is it really no different from the one listed in the first post/being sold by OcUK for £150?

Yeah sorry mate I meant the bog standard 1080.

As for your question on compatibility perhaps ask on Evga's own forum? I checked that the one I have just bought was compatible with my Gigabyte card, no harm in being careful.

I see.
Yeah I just had a look. It seems as though the pump/block fits just fine but the replacement cooler/shroud apparently will not so you'd have to make use of the current FE shroud and kind of frankenstein it together.

Will need to confirm though.

Yes and no.
I used a video from Youtube to help with my 1080 hybrid AIO
The kit comes with a confusing amount of screws most of which I found I did not need or even what most of them were for.

Just watched these 3 YouTubes

Part 1
Part 2
Part 3

It shows how to use the original shroud along with a evga 1080 AIO, might be possible to pick up a used one or the 1080 one might soon be reduced or picked up cheaper in general.

Just installed one today. Max temps seen has been 45° @ 2050 core. Can't hear the thing either.

I've just put my 1080ti FE into a custom loop of its own backed by a 240mm radiator. I'm looking for as quiet as possible and with the fans where I want them (RPM) it's looking like max temperatures of 50c.

I already had all the kit to custom loop it, but if I didn't then this AIO sounds like a decent cost effective solution to having to listen to a hair dryer sound from the original FE cooler.

Yep happy enough with it.

great temps. but i get artefacts when framerates hit 400+ in old games and artefacts and lockups after long gta5 sessions. I tightened up all the weird nut screws after realising they werent super tight but still getting artefact lockups sometimes - something i never got with the stock cooler. Going to take the whole thing apart and re-do it tomorrow from scratch - i have found temps to be insanely good 50-58 max even after 12 hours of straight witcher 3 in 4k but the artefact lockups need to be fixed - i must have poor contact with 1 chip or something.
