Boots Omega 3 Fish Oil 1000 mg

If you get a good EPA / DHA ratio, there's more than enough evidence showing fish oils to be good for health. I eat oily fish every day pretty much but still take them. My blood lipid profile is off the chart (in a good way). Ok, I exercise and eat well and seldom drink, so my lifestyle is reasonably good, but it certainly is not detrimental.
