Asus X299 boards

I dunno what Asus are thinking with the design of those but the Strix seems more understated to me than the TUF or Prime which is odd as the Strix is supposed to be the gaming focused range.
 
Yeah now I've seen some of the other X299 boards these are a bit meh.

All comes down to how they perform though I guess rather than cosmetics. Waiting to see what MSI X299 Godlike brings, feature rich boards and they look a lot better imo ofc

i gotta to agree with you on the look for sure, just wondering what is the Asus price tag going to be now, since they add that on the standard boards also. Personally i thought that Auora was like a premium special for the boards, like strix brand or limited edition model.

I'll be waiting for reviews putting the new boards through their paces first but the Tuf boards are solid. Interested to see what the MSI X299 Godlike will be like, my X99 version has been epic tbh.
