here my bios screen

my problem is in cpu-z my core speed is showing 2199 mhz and multiploer x22

in CPUID HWMonitor show a value of 2199 Mhz

here a pic of them running prime95

Am i right that its meant to show 4000Mhz ???

That's the b350. Not x370 or would they share same problems
I know - but exactly the same issue/problem so would appear to be an anomaly that effects 'some' boards across the range.

Have you tried clearing the CMOS, setting the memory to 2933 (or lower) and experimenting with a lower clock - for testing purposes?

You've been lucky to get that memory stable at 3200MHz - is it 100% stable do you have cold boot issues?

Part of the problem maybe that you're maxing everything - max memory setting (which normally proves unstable unless Samsung) coupled with a 4GHz clock. It may be that you need to relax the settings for testing. It's possible that the system is unstable and the anomaly is related to that...

And assume you have latest cpu-z release?

Having it set to the 3200mhz profile in the bios the the system runs fine been playing my game been on for hours seems normal. Cpuz shows it advertised speed n timings.

But not once does the cpu move from 2200mhz

Even at stock?

Have you benched the performance (cinebench) of the CPU at stock and with clock?

If the performance is significanltly better- you could assume that it's a software identification error.
