Morning
Toying with the idea of replacing horrible stock TIM with grizzly conductonaut
Read that its not ideal if sink is aluminium
Has anyone tried this?
Any help is appreciated

I have opened it up and found coldplate to be of copper. Have applied it and seems to be running smooth

Whoever is contemplating it, do it! Whisper quiet now. Used grizzly conductonaut. Tomorrow will delid 6700k and apply some on gtx1060+ek thermosphere

Used insulation tape to be worry free, hopefully it doesnt leak

Replacement Tim is not a bad idea, but I'd use kryonought rather than the liquid metal stuff, too much can go wrong!
