If your upgrading, unless you need Intel your should aim for a ryzen bundle.
Not a dedicated bundle, but maybe this be better money spent?

The ryzen bundles within budget have the better 1700 processor, but 8gb ram at slower speeds which as I keep being pointed out with isn't ideal for ryzen lol.
