No don't work at tesco but one of the other big 3. I try not to set a goal weight as I have lost 10 stone before and when I got my target weight stopped doing all the good things and put 15 stone back on. Doing it this way has to be a change for life so when I get close to what I think is okay I will just increase my portion sizes to maintain instead of losing. Or that's the idea anyway. I have done 0 exercise as well and really need to start swimming and bike riding again.I think I recognise you from somewhere. You work in Tesco?

Eating plan is Danish bread toast and peanut butter or yougert in the morning. Chicken and salad most days for dinner at work and Fridays I have fish and rice. Tea can be any lean meat chicken turkey steak ect with rice or sweet potato mash/wedges. Or things very similar.Amazing work.
