Best Mobo Bios for Overclocking

It may be a stupid question but I've found that Asus mobos have pushed my i7 7700k to 5.0 stable where the Gigabtye mobo has had problems getting stable at 5.0 I don't know if this is just Mobo lottery or if the mobo bios has been option to fine tune I'm still pretty noob to Overclocking and any advice or information would be gladly appropriated

(Side note has anyone managed to get a fully stable overclock of 5.0+ on a Gigabyte Z270x.

It's more of a cpu lottery than a motherboard one. Unless pushing for extreme overclocks the motherboard doesn't matter as much as the cpu.

I fully agree, however motherboard design does have an impact, quality of components, heatsinks, bios design etc. So choice of manufacturers can be important.
