How is their warranty like these days?

On my GPU the middle fan out of 3 seems to have a faulty bearing, it makes a loud vibrating noise and doesn't spin as fast as the other two, feels loose as it spins on its axis.

Do Gigabyte provide a prepaid shipping label?

Thanks

I had a 780ti Windforce that developed a fault 18 months ago. If it's within warranty and its your first Rma request Gigabyte will insist that collection and delivery costs are paid for by the customer. If you live near Milton Keynes you can drop it off at their Returns Dept. All subsequent Rmas delivery costs within the warranty period will be covered by Gigabyte. Turn around was usually 5 working days. At least this was my experience with them.

Did they replace or repair your 780 Ti?

They replaced my 980 Ti a few months ago. Took them 2 days.

Although that was because the PCB was burnt, they might just replace the fan on yours.

They replaced with a refurb which also failed after 6 months. On my 2nd RMA they covered delivery costs and swapped out for what looked like an unused 980 (it had the cellophane over the heatsink shroud). It could also have been a refurb but has been serving me well ever since.

Thanks. I'm wondering if they're just going to replace the fans and not send me a refurb since the hardware seems okay itself.

This is correct

I can't believe this, Gigabyte are saying there is no fault found with the centre fan and that there is no coil whine after testing it. They recorded a video of my graphics card being tested. I also have a video of the fan issue before shipping it.
