oh, yes poorly worded on my part, i mean that if you have committed a crime, then the law should deal with you accordingly, ie: arrest, convict and sentence.

obviously those who have served their debt to society are covered.

It's not the Finsbury Park Mosque, it was reported as a building containing a mosque a few hundred metres away - I.e a mosque in Finsbury Park. Maybe that's changed?

i'd agree that if the scenario was "warning shot" followed by "shot the guy in the front as he moved to attack" is a justifiable killing, but in the back no.
