It's too hot :(

Had to do some gardening this morning, plants in the conservatory were dying in the heat, so needed to move them outdoors. Did about an hour's work and lost about 5 pints of fluids.

Indoor is 28c according to the central heating.

Starting to wonder if I've died and gone to hell.
 
Over 40 degrees in the office right now, I'm a little moist!

Water intake is around the 5l mark and I've only had to pee once since half 8!
 
Noticeably colder in the South West today and I blame every one of you rain dancing, snowmen humping, summer hating OcUKers that wished for winter to come back :mad:

13 tog duvet's going back on the bed tonight.
 
Aah, the advantage of blocks of flats on bin day in hot weather.
Leave windows open instead of cooking myself whilst indoors, all of a sudden five flies the size of bumble Bees flitting around the flat & face mashing into everything, especially the blinds which go "ting ting ting" every hit.
Hour later go outside to shut bin lids, get back inside to see two large flies (no idea where other three went to) & half a dozen minuscule flies.
Few squirts later all I can smell in the flat is fly spray.

Time to dig out the incense...

It is just too hot to do any thing active. In the gym the last couple days has been too hot so I am more sweaty and dripping than usual,..lol
