Family car for 3 kids

Friends in a similar boat (3 kids plus a dog) and iirc he's looking at Seat Alhambra's as his best option. No idea on his budget though so not sure if £6-9k would get you a suitable aged Seat.

Good spot on the scrapes, didn't see that. It does have 98k but has some nice upgrades xenons, alcantara etc
My mother in law has a Zafira which puts me off slightly ;)

Seat Alhambra looks very similar to the Touran. Will look at them now
 
I can't see any nice looking S-Max' in the price range. Some C-Max look decent but not sure if they're big enough

Ford Galaxy looks enormous, would prefer something a bit smaller.

Yeah, Galaxys are a tad massive, but with 3 kids extra space is always good, well, depending on their ages, too!
