Black adhesive On Alloys after new tyes fitted?

Hey , this morning i just had 2 new tyres fitted and i have just got home and i have noticed there is black on the alloys? I've just took the car for a valet and it has not come off? What can i do? Can they remove it?

Could i take it back and ask them to remove it or is this a common thing that you should accept can happen.
 
Took the car for a valet or just got it washed? As a good valet place will remove that with ease. It is the lube they use to put the tyre on and will as said come off even if you use a bit of W40 to start to break it down.
 
I've just had a go with a microfiber cloth and its come off. No idea why it didn't come off when the car was being valeted. Teaches me to run to the internet before trying my self lol
 
Use better valleters. Them wheels were hardly clean by anyone's standards, even not considering the black lube like stuff the tyre place used.
