You couldn't make it up, as the Catholic church is rocked by the scandal of the Pope's Cardinal George Pell, taken on to try and sort out the Vatican's alleged financial irregularities, but sidelined defending himself over charges of sexual abuse in Oz, another major scandal unfolds. Another cardinal has his flat in the ex Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith raided by Italian police who find a drug fuelled homosexual orgy in full swing. They arrested a priest, secretary to a Cardinal who is the Pope's personal adviser and took him in to custody for further questioning. And these people spend their days pontificating to us mere mortals before scurrying off for a homosexual orgy, fuelled by narcotics. Unbelievable.
