If you update to the newest bios (from the 1.6.3 beta bios but it could affect others as well) you will think you killed your PC as when it restarts it will power on and off continuously and a CMOS reset will not fix it.
The solution after some panicked fumbling on my part was to pull the ram out and change the order it's installed (I had sticks in the 1st and 3rd slots as per the manual, I had to change to the 2nd and 4th slots).
DON'T WORRY through the 1st and 3rd slots aren't dead, it just seems that some troll at MSI thought it'd be funny to switch around the order you need to install your sticks of ram.
