Are there any inaudible case fans at low rpms?

As title really. The included fans with my Enthoo Evolv aren't that quiet and only really go down to 700rpm so i'd like to replace them with fans that cant really be heard when they're running at their lowest RPM.

Are Noctua still the best or have Corsair or BeQuiet caught up to them?

Thanks

How are you controlling your fans and which Evolv do you have?

Corsair ML120 Pros.

Totally silent at min RPM 450 ish
Sorry, but that is 'totally' and physically impossible. With movement there is at least a little noise.

I'm using the Asus software for my X99 board to create fan curves. Case is the Evolv ATX Tempered Glass.

I actually bought one from MM last night. Might buy another if i like it.

Sorry, what components are you running in it. Makes it easier to determine how much airflow you need.

CPU cooler is an NH-D15, GFX card is the stock cooler. I've been running with two intake and two exhaust case fans but i'm planning on replacing the stock fans with quieter PWM fans.

I ended up having to import cougar fans from the US. When I stick them on the lowest RPM I am sat maybe 45 cm away from my case and I can not hear them.

And theres 14 spinning away :D

My Evolv is not TG and has PH-F140SP fans. Not sure what yours has, but likely the no-model number replacement with PH-F140MP like impeller and maybe the PH-F140SP motor. I don't know how good they are but probably good. you GPU is not the quietest, but not terribly loud either, and D15 is a quiet cooler. I'm assuming it is to loud for your liking, so what is making it too loud?

The only things making it too loud are the stock case fans when the system is idle because they dont go lower than 750rpm. Normally 750rpm would be slow enough but with these fans they're still quite audible and the sound is rather irritating. Under load things get pretty noisy but i usually have my headphones when gaming so i dont mind it too much.

How are you controlling the case fan speed? I ask because they should idle down lower than 750rpm.
What are your room, CPU and GPU temps at idle?

My thermaltake riing are completely silent at 450rpm. Not pushing much air though. Almost pointless having them on ...
