Has anyone here used Big Fish Tuning before?

To be honest, speak to Ben and ask him what on earth is going on. Ask for a refund on the phone and be done with it. If for whatever reason they try to beat around the bush make the trip and get your refund in person.

I'm really surprised they're acting like this. I know for a fact they're there to make money, but their customer care should be no1 priority and from what I've heard and read they're usually good at this.

Sometimes you will have to make a lengthy trip to get what you want. Again, I can't fault Sharks map work it is very good.

Well I have already had a refund for the STS device that I never received, however it took almost two weeks and multiple phone calls to sort. The second call said it's being looked at, and the third call was as if I'd never requested; I was told they weren't aware of the request and it would be processed there and then. Still took a few days to come trough...

Honestly, I think that now I've publicly stated frustrations here and on Briskoda, it's too late for me to go now. I've not been rude or kicked off, but it's clear I'm disappointed with them and I'll be letting them know it. I'm going to call today and ask for Ben; I'm not convinced it will achieve anything though as I've been promised a phone call from him on multiple occasions and it has never once happened.

Yeah I wouldn't be happy in your shoes either. See I would have gone to see them personally, yes it would have been a long drive etc, but that way the issue would be sorted and done. You wouldn't be wasting anymore of your time. Ask for Ben explain everything and see what he has to say.

When I last spoke on the phone I said that I could always sell the STS device and drive down which they said would be fine. It's just annoying that I now have a £100 paperweight to sell on. I don't think Ben will be able to do anything. They have refunded me the money for the STS device I originally ordered, and it's not like I can get them to just buy this one off me. It's a used device that served its purpose just fine for the previous owner.

Like I say, I didn't mean to join this thread to bash them. I'd actually forgotten it was specific to BFT; I replied looking for an alternative mapping company.

In other news, it seems that my clutch is starting to age a little. I didn't know this when I bought the map but it may just be worth giving up entirely now.
