So need a couple of documents certified checked

The document explicitly states

Accountant
Bank official
Solicitor

Not post office

I'll ring my bank tomorrow but does anyone know if they charge?

(my bank is coop if it helps)

This letter explicitly says those 3 options.
It doesn't just say certified like others I've had so I assume doctors etc is out.

Nah, I don't know anyone personally in these professions

There are quite a lot more people that you can ask. You almost certainly know a "professional person in good standing".

Who can certify a document
To certify documents, ask a professional person or someone well-respected in your community (‘of good standing’) like a:

  • bank or building society official
  • councillor
  • minister of religion
  • dentist
  • chartered accountant
  • solicitor or notary
  • teacher or lecturer
The person you ask shouldn’t be:

  • related to you
  • living at the same address
  • in a relationship with you

I had this when buying my house. Rang local solicitors (never used em before), "£10, pop down in your lunch hour". This was certifying my identity not just the documents.
