Hi all,

I like ultra settings

Just picked the Acer 4k TN 60 fps gsync monitor and love it , so i am currently on a EVGA hybrid 980ti dont get me wrong iam pulling 50fps on most games i play BF1 ,star wars, and get about 40 fps on PUG and star citizen is pulling 35 fps I know the games need optimising so it should get better , loving the EVGA i want to upgrade to the EVGA hybrid 1080ti at some point so any experence with this card and will this max out my games at 4k

The Ti is getting on at nearly 70-80% more performance than a 980Ti now for a rough idea.

Hybrid? Get a custom bios on it :D

I'm out of the loop on modern titles as I've not has an upgrade for a while but out of interest can you really notice the difference between ultra settings and high? From what I've seen dropping down the settings in a lot of newer titles can give you a big boost in performance.

I agree Freddie, i feel comfortable gaming with my set up at the moment its doing well and i have actually done what you said and turned down from ultra to high on Battlegrounds cant tell on that game tbh, just thinking of Star Citizen once they implement the optimization patches i want that at 60 fps tbh so if the 980ti cant handle it i will be doing the upgrade.

I really do like the bling settings though, its definatly cost me some lives looking at the map detail over the years :D:D:D:D
