Echoing others, Battlefield is great! It's something I always wanted to try and went with my wife who had zero interest in shooting a gun. I talked her into trying the GI Jane package and she loved it! Expensive and over quickly, but it fairly gets the adrenaline going. Plus they have loads of tanks, trucks and helicopters you can walk around while waiting for your lift back to the strip.
Shows: We went to O at Bellagio which was amazing. Also Watched David Copperfield who was also amazing. Genuinely gobsmacked by some of the things he performed.
Food: So, so, sooo many places to eat you simply won't get near to trying them all. However, for a quick bite to eat you have to try Holsteins @ the Cosmopolitan, the best burger I have ever eaten.
Another place in the Cosmo which saved us a few times after some heavy nights out is secret pizza. As its name suggests it's kinda hidden and is barely advertised but does amazing pizza's! Think it's on the third floor, hidden down a corridor with album covers on the walls.
If you like smoked meats then you need to go to rolling smoke. Slightly off strip but well worth the effort. Still only 15 - 20 mins walk from the Wynn, if that.
Also had really good Steak at Vic & Anthony’s located in the Golden Nugget, downtown Vegas. Really, really good.
Attractions: If you can, get a helicopter to the Canyon. You will see the Hoover dam on the way and you have lunch on the canyon floor. Still take around 4 hour from hotel to hotel, but is much quicker than the bus and you get better views. We went with Papillon tours who I would recommend.
You should also go to Vegas premium outlets for cheap clothing, although cheap when we went, the exchange rate has since crashed and the buys aren't quite as good, but will still be cheaper than you can buy in the UK. The north outlets are the best, no need to go to the south.
Wish I was going back but with a wee one on the way it'll be a while before I do.
Have fun!
