Looks solid have you consider a ryzen buid ?

You still need to edit the part names as you can click through to the web page.

Don't really want AMD much perfer Intel.

How long are you expecting this build to last you? I ask as there won't be any upgrade path afaik

What would I need to upgrade I know the new intel chip is coming out but I'm sure for the money I am spending it will last me along time.
