Anyone flown from gatwick to spain lately ?

I'm flying to Majorca Tuesday and have seen on the new the long wait for security,has anyone been lately and what was it like at gatwick ?

Aren't the queues and issues at the other end and not Gatwick? I flew out of Gatwick 2 weeks ago and the time between me arriving at the airport and getting my first pint was roughly 15 minutes.

Aye; the issues are with passport control from EU to UK (non-Schengen area).

I'm in Menorca right now, flew out last Saturday (from Gatwick), the airports were totally fine.

Went Menorca a few weeks ago from Gatwick North, was absolutely fine just arrive at airport about 90 mins beforehand and you'll be fine mate.

I flew into GC 10 days ago no problem. Friends flew to Barcelona on Sunday and again had no issue.
