No, whats shameful and disgraceful is wasting peoples time with crap like this. Fortunately old DD states exactly what it should be, you want the best outcome, you put the best people on it, simple.

In his letter to the House of Lords EU Committee, he said the personnel involved would "vary from round to round as we deploy the best available staff for each issue under negotiation"

Seriously, why do we have people wasting time on this? Can anyone care to enlighten me why it matters on the ratio of male to female negotiators? And how, it appears, without all the facts they are able to waste the time of people who are involved in the most important negotiations for this country ever when already on a time constraint?
 
It must be awful not to be able to look at anything without seeing discrimination everywhere. What happens when the equality activists achieve their goal and there are more women than men? are we going to have to split everything down the middle 50/50 to stop them losing their minds?
 
Whoever you put on the team it's going to be a calamity on the scale of slamming your balls in a car door. Everyone's balls, come to think of it. And boobs, gotta be gender equal.

Well how should we interpret this?

Straight, white males have no opinions that matter.
It is unfortunate that the majority are straight and white, we should breed them out.
We should elevate minorities so that we always give them what they want.
Any straight white male who questions the need for forced diversity is racist (the Google approach).
Straight white males are super privileged - we need to knock them off their perch.
No straight white male earned his privilege, it was given him.
No straight white moneyed male made his wealth fairly, he played the "cis white male" card to get it.
It's impossible to be unfair/racist/discriminatory to a cis white male.

All of the above.
 
Gotta keep ticking those boxes. Doesn't matter if they have the required skills or not. We need the best people we can find doing this. It's not the time for arguing over made up problems, thats what twitter is for.

Next they will be complaining that the women who were appointed are not being taken seriously. That they feel like they are there just for appearances...
