Is it possible to get an email every time a new post is made in a thread, regardless of you having read the newest post?

Click on Watch Thread > Receive Email notifications
That only notifies you when all the posts have been read. I want a notification regardless of me having read the last post.
Why do you want a notification of a post you've already read? Just browse the forums like a NORMAL person. You get notifications to replies to your posts.

You're misunderstanding me. If I get an email with a reply, I won't get another email until I read that post.
You're needlessly complicating what should be simple forum usage. Just check in regularly to view comments to your posts.
You receive an email every time the thread changes from a state where you've read all the posts, to a state where there's at least one unread post. Why is receiving multiple emails letting you know there are posts to read a desirable feature?
I believe the forum is currently set to avoid spamming out loads of emails for threads.
There is no real reason to have it send out an email for every reply in a thread when you've already received a notification.
