Have to be black to use black emojis or GIFS

Where can I register my outrage at people incorrectly using GIF as a video format? I demand that this barbarity stops at once.

Emoji's what? If you want everything to be so "correct", at least use apostrophes correctly, you were taught how to in infant school!
 
Watched this on Facebook yesterday and just could not believe the crap that was coming out of her mouth.

Surely it would be more racist not to use a GIF because it had an 'insert race here' person in it.

I'm olive skinned but I'm a keen user of the black emojis. No particular reason and no body seems to have a problem with it.
