The guardian article did have a paragraph about how men dressing up as women was mocking trans people. I was pretty much onboard until that point as the article was about sexy nurse stereotypes perpetuating sexual harassment by patients, which obviously isn't on, but the trans thing was a bridge too far for this SJW.

Finding men dressed as female nurses isn't a lack of intellectual capacity, it's bizarre values. So yes, more SJW than stupid. I seriously doubt actual female nurses were offended, it's a manager being offended on behalf of someone else. Which is what SJW is all about - being offended on behalf of other people / virtue signalling.
