Hi.

I'm after a good B350 board with only two RAM slot. If the board has 4 slots it stops me from using an internal dvd drive with my MATX case.

I've seen an MSI but I am not 100% sold on the brand.

Any others?

Hi.

Thanks for your input guys. Only just seen this thread again. Anyway I decided I wanted a heatsink on the Vcore so it was either MSI or ASROCK and I went for a ASROCK AB350 in the end.

I hope I don't regret it as I would always choose Asus or Gigabyte usually but like I said I wanted a heatsink on a cheap B350 MATX board.

The AsRock I also tested with my Dimms to qualify it and again 3200mhz C14 no problem so very solid choice. Infact I liked this above all MATX B350 offerings.

3.9-4.0ghz 1700 was pretty easy for me on here with Dual AIO cooler.

Thanks 8 Pack.

I've picked up a 1600 to go with it. I was going to get a A320 board but I thought for an extra tenner I could go with a B350 and then I have always got an option further down the road of giving it a mild overclock.

Was your board the 'Pro' version with 4 dimm slots? Mine only has 2 slots and is the non 'Pro' version. The 'Pro' version looked really nice (plenty of heatsinks all over the place) but it would have prevented me using a dvd drive in my MATX case.
