Ryzen 1700 Asus x370-f strix 1.5ghz when docp enabled

My Ryzen 1700 Asus x370-f strix boots at 1.5ghz when docp enabled. Power settings in windows are set to performance. It shows the correct ram timing and the CPU frequency does increase when loaded but then downclocks to 1.5ghz
I have tried the latest amd chipset driver. I have also have the latest asus bios. Im stuck for ideas. I have looked for asus power settings in the bios and cant find them
 
Asus has a Beta version out that fixes the 1.5ghz bug.

Download the beta or await full release.

My MSI also suffered this issue but bios update 1.6 fixed it.

I will look for a beta bios. Thanks a lot.

I havent adjusted the voltages at all. I'm going to look at the voltage on cpu when I set docp

I had to let the cpu run stock to avoid the 1.5ghz, But then I found the bios update and its never been a issue since then!
 
It seems asus is running behind msi and asrock. I haven't been able to find an x370-f beta bios either.
I guess I'm stuck
