And second video said not even a 989 would get to 900 memo clock so how is mine getting 800 not effecting it I don't understand ANY WAY

it's al working BUT

Ohhhhhhh the videos says Ohhhhhhhh it's like buying a new card OHHHHH Ull get 10 to 20 Fps gain OHHHH YEAH YEAH RIGHT I GOT 3 FPS GAIN total waste of time not even worth it really -_- come on help me here please

Any chance of repeating the question in English ? You might get an answer then.

I believe the young gentleman was trying to relay the information that he has purchased a graphics card from overclockers uk. He has overclocked it as per a video guide however, he has not been able to replicate the same results within the unpredictable and unguranteed area of overclocking.

His graphics card is working fine but won't overclock as high as he thinks he should be able to due to a YouTube video. Because of this the gentleman is disappointed with the small FPS gain that he has gotten over the cards stock configuration within the games he plays.

He would like some help, please.

I didn't watch the video but if it stated that you WILL get that performance increase then it's misleading. The entire thing with overclocking is that it is not guaranteed to work.

Also any gains from GPU overclocking are dependent on if you are CPU limited or not.

I'm not 100% but I think he is trolling. If not overclocking isn't guaranteed, you can be limited by a poor quality PSU, slower CPU and many other things including getting unlucky with a poor clocking GPU. If you are new then just enjoy what you have for the time being at stock clocks and get into overclocking when you've done some research.

If you are new then just isi what you have for the time being ami stock clocks karamapim tok get into overclocking when you've done some research

There are SO many click-bait Youtube videos trying to get people to watch so they make money.
ANY video that says "You will get a good improvement out of this" when we are talking bog standard components with no extra cooling/ extra voltage no sort of basis of whatever of what hardware you have, the maker needs shooting.

Nothing is ever totally for free I'm afraid. time, research and shrew decisions are the only hope.

While I don't support Youtubers doing this kind of stuff if you are spending money on components at least spend an hour researching what they do and what is the best value for money.

Agreed Doogles, maybe my post was badly written, I am saying ignore anything that says "get 1000 % free performance" and the like.

As you say research research and research some more :)

FPS gains are entirely dependant on the game... You could net 10 FPS in one title that's already running at 100 FPS, then 3 FPS in a title that's running at 30 FPS. Free performance is free performance but most of the time don't expect miracles.
