'Incident' on Tube - District Line

That does look like a failed attempt at a homemade bomb, I imagine when they look at the CCTV they should be able to quickly tell more easily,
 
Could have been bad. Unfortunately I imagine it's quite easy to carry a bomb onto a tube undetected.

Not exactly hard, just need a bag. Hell, you can probably just walk on with something like the bucket and people wouldn't notice
 
I hope they find the culprit, one thing that worries me about this - we have an actual terrorist running around out there now, who knows the full wrath of the MET will be bearing down on them, hell knows what else he'll do before they catch him.
 
Daily Mail saying there was a second device deactivated and Knifeman on the loose - but this is the only source so far...
 
A traditional/non-suicide attack is an odd one for the Tube - the bomber will have been recorded at possibly every moment that he/she was inside the network and they would have touched in with a contactless card that can identify them (even if using a disposable Oyster, it will be immediately traced to where it was topped up and the relevant CCTV checked).

Headline grabbing but a near certainty to end with being arrested or shot in short order.
