I think it's Outlook, not too sure. I usually log in, quickly extract the info I need and log off again. Hotmail / Outlook has been dead for me for years. I'll have a proper look next time

Hotmail.com accounts are still working. I still use mine that i created 15 years ago and is still my primary personal account. Having said that, i dont really send many emails these days

Have solid SPF record in place that is actually accurate, bonus points for proper DKIM/DMARC configuration, don't spam your emails with ridiculous hyperlink images, for most people that would be enough.

Still hit and miss. They've been trigger happy with spam filtering for yearsm

I've had my Hotmail address for 17 years, why would I change it? It works, that's all I need an email address to do.

Probably not far wrong, we have a huge site going over to O365 this week, starting....about 3h ago!

Office 365 is pretty decent with filtering, but you need to tweak it.

Turn on NDR scatterback, also, create a filtering rule for domains like '.biz' etc...
Trust me if you want to know the full list of domains blocked. Usually, if anything even gets though, it is automatically quarantined.

One major issue is by default it quarantines pretty much anything from a domain or with a subject written in Welsh lol, and I don't mean goes in junk I mean stopped at the server so you have to check mail flow.

Really? Wow I didn't know that. You can white list domains to not get filtered, though this can be a security concern.

Couldn't send any emails yesterday and today it says we have a security concern someone may have accessed your account! Funny as that's not happened before and it's after this outage. Thankfully I use my mobile anyway, so back in
