Why is it OK to say this when you have overlooked something obvious? Isn't that some sort of prejudiced comment? Hairist perhaps, certainly colour is involved.

Obviously gingers have no soul though.

It's the peroxide man. It gives them brain damage. It's not just restricted to women who become ditzy and self absorbed.

Studies have shown that men who use large amounts of peroxide to bleach their hair are prone to grunting and over use of fist bumps and high fives.

Does it have anything to do with people saying "brah" and "boo" Oh and of course the inability to say Amazon?

Because blondes don't care if you say it? Also I don't think anyone who has ever said it actually thinks blondes are less intelligent.

Well, maybe just the fake ones with tango tans and fluorescent pink lipstick :p

well it is prejudiced, but not particularly controversial - you may offend some people others may not be too fussed

I am blonde and use this on an almost daily basis.

However, I believe that non-blonde people should say this as they don't have the right to say the b word.

I find it more offensive when my American boss describes women with that one word. "She's that blonde who works in finance" (Say it in a whiny American accent). That said, he's gay so he can sort of get away with it.

two blondes posted in the general section of OCUK.

You'd had thought that one of them had realised that they had put up a post in here. (blonde joke)

Does the discrimination of blonde people go back hundreds of years, to a point where they were deemed sub-human because of their hair colour?

I think not.

I get that but my point still stands.

Two kids (i.e. 2 people that aren't necessarily aware of black history) I call the black kid dirty for having black skin and I call the blonde kid dumb for having blonde hair. They're both going to walk away pretty upset.
