First time OcUK customer.

This is more of a praise post than anything else... I was amazed how great is the customer service at Overclockers! I previously ordered from direct competitors (not sure if you allow names so lets call them *no competitor hints please even in a praise post*) they didn't even come close.... I think you got yourself a loyal customer. Had an issue with my order called in all was resolved in curteous manner in literally 2 minutes.

There is a tradition of sending Haribo with orders. There is no Rhyme or reason to it. If you get Haribo, just embrace it. Literally if you want to.

loyalty to a supplier IMO is just throwing money away.

i buy wherever is cheapest. i've never ran into issues i can remember apart from when using flubit so i just use ebay and amazon now for those kinds of items.

if there is an issue your bank / credit card / paypal will sort it for you instantly. i give the company 2 chances to fix then call my bank. it's the same as being loyal to a particular brand like Sony. there is zero point. pick who offers the best performance for the money or whoever is cheapest.
