VW returned my neighbours car after servicing it, leaving it blocking our road and my driveway until they return from holiday on Sunday

Access to the cul-de-sac is now gained by driving down the path

To be fair, that kerb isn't particularly high and you can easily get in and out of your drive..

Your number plate spacing is more criminal than that parking ;)

Looks like they have parked it as close to the kerb as they could. If they went up on the path that would have been an issue for blocking the path. Does the owner have a driveway?

People are literally dying all over the world through conflict, starvation and disease and OP has to mount the curb for a few feet. The humanity :(

shock horror as different people in different parts of the world face different issues each day? what does it matter. It's not a competition and I agree with OP he should not mounting the kerb on his low car to use a road that has been blocked by the VW.

the dealership parked as close as they can which is fair but the owner should've informed them where to park so not to block the road.

All I can think of is "Quick! To the Internet!"
If OP wants to (and is an ass) he can call the council and complain, might get it towed although probably not. Or, perhaps, deal with it until their return

I phoned the dealership and they had posted the keys through the letter box. They decided parking it there was safer than on their garage driveway at the side of the house. It means tenants and emergency services have to mount the curb to get passed, which isn't ideal because there's a school around the corner.

Because there's no parking restrictions the council won't do anything other than put double yellow lines there, which there should be on both sides. They say we have to call the police on 101.

My cars too low to go over curbs :(

Perhaps you're better off moving anyway. That street looks decidedly dodgy for a car like your Mustang. :p

Looks like the curbs dropped on the corner so you can get past granted on the path for a few metres,

That spacing on the plate :(
