Those injections i'm going to guess are melanotan, when they mentioned it's untested by FDA (or whatever it's called here).
Some bodybuilders use it to give themselves a tan. You can achieve a normal looking tan with the right amount. Not that i'd ever do it mind, considering the side effects long term are pretty much unknown.... but what I assume this woman has done is inject a shedload of it.

well they were clearly the most vulnerable and in need of help... nothing cynical being voiced here about Germany's ageing population and need for new workers or anything... oh and now that too many have come those poor Eastern block countries best take in their own quotas too else the EU will take action
I have yet to hear a cogent argument as to why trans racialism is any more or less a valid 'thing' then trans genderism.
I assume therfore that either....
1)your views are similar in regards to trans genderism.... after all women are a persecuted class much like people of colour are in a current prevailing line of thought.... so a formerly white person artificially and/or cosmetically making themselves look like a person of colour is just as troublesome/problematic as a biological man cosmetically and or artificially making themselves look like a (biological) woman
Both involve the class of people who are the principal vector of the 'oppressors' changing their appearance to resemble that of the 'oppressed'

2) you have some sort of cogent argument as to why it's different?
What this woman is doing is not the same as 'blackface' which was white people applying black faces temporarily for comedy / entertainment purposes. She states that she wanted to be darker skinned and now states that she believes she is 'black'.... I believe that she is sincere in this (that she believes that she is now 'black' and is not doing this to herself to mock others and or make a comedy of it all).
