Gigabyte Gaming K7 X370 With M.2 Heat-sink inquiry?

Hey Folks so Looking into getting the above Board for my next Build and getting a Samsung 960 EVO 500gb drive but due to the Placement of the socket on this Board which is right Underneath the PCI-E slot im wondering if the item below will fit if anyone has this Motherboard at home or someone at OCUk can you please let me know if there is any clearance?

Had mine on a K5 board between two Aorus 580s!! Without heatsink . Temps were fine when gaming to be honest and didn't throttle , bit lifespan should be improved the cooler it is and would be worth the heatsink to increase coverage of air flow running over it

And you can go extreme

got 10c temp drop! Alphacools PCIe m.2 heatsink !

Use on bottom slot

Surely if you look at your current GPU you can see the clearance? The PCI slots are probably leaving a good 10-15mm above the slot to cooling so ample space I’d guess.

this is true- the height wouldnt be as much as the pcie-socket and the m.2 is mounted a few mm above the board with a stand off

should do, dont think EK would release it or they would normally stick a note about it on their website as 30% of m.2 are located under the GPU
