High Vs ultra settings?

I remember when this area was all fields, and there was no standardised naming of settings between games
 
I used to be very sceptical of ultra settings in most games, however, since getting a second 1070 for SLI, I now run BF4 with everything set to ultra but AA off completely and at 5760x1080 it looks stunning.

Resolution scale is maxed at 200%, it looks jaw droppingly good. :)
 
It does depend on game. But mostly at 4K I find there is little to no difference. I manually adjust settings and some settings as some things matter more to overall image quality than others. Also it is subjective too. I do not like depth of field or motion blur etc, so they get turned off straight away. Free fps right there and improved IQ for me :)
