I don't really know a lot about this stuff and I don't believe a word solicitors say.

So I just want someone who knows a bit about this stuff to confirm this document I have been sent is legit?

Many thanks guys

The first line says that you have previously agreed to a medical report from a specific Doctor.

Nobody on here knows if you've previously agreed to a medical report from that Doctor.

Have you previously agreed to a medical report from that Doctor?

I've not even looked at the other images.

Wasn't this the guy with vast amounts of money and the young gf who blocked him on facebook?

Usually the vast majority of claims go like this when they are work related:

1.no win no fee guys offer you a stupidly good offer too good to be true
2. you give your rights to accept settlements to them
3. rather than follow through on a claim to get to get the promised amount of money, they accept the first small settlement that comes along. This is usually quite small and is offered regardless of whether your story has any substance to it because the company does not want to waste time and money, let alone deal with the trouble behind the claim
4. NWNF guys accept said heavily reduced settlement on your behalf and take considerable portion because they don't want to waste their time and money with the process
5. you get a payoff that will pay for a heavy weekend of boozing... if you stick to weatherspoons

That said, no one wants to have to deal with people who throw claims around because they think they deserve any money they can pocket. People tend to find out the sort of person you are and a lot of people would not hire you you are known as a troublesome sort. This is doubly true for trades where people tend to know each-other and carry a risk of injury (anything hands on requires skill and is physically demanding eg. mechanic)

Its car not work related :)

Comeon spill the juicy story then, that's all anyone here wants to read! :D

Was driving to my old work which was a performance car tuning company and a women came straight out of a give way into my car which was traveling 60mph into my drivers door at at least 40mph....

span my Audi a3 out and bent the subframe from the impact.

Complete write off and I got sent to hospital straight away then i attended there medical review a few months later

So a solicitor?

I don't trust them?

What is the compensation you are seeking for?

I assume the car was sorted with car insurance. Is it for work loss and unpaid due to injury?

Due to it being part of an accident, isn't this covered and handled by the other persons insurance?

If it's as bad as you make out why would you settle for nearly £3k, I take it you are left with some permanent damage given the near death experience you had?

Yes but It's more emotional damage now than psychical

But you will trust an online forum filled with computer geeks? Not that computer geeks are any less trustworthy than any other given member of the population.

Rather trust computer geeks than them lol

surely the obvious question is, is this being handled by your insurance company, and if so how come you don't know what claims they've put in for compo? or was this just a subtle "look at me, i'm getting £3k" thread?
