I had knee surgery some years ago. I have a weak interior MCL and my PCL is quite a state apparently. Add in cartilage issues and often it's quite sore when I'm on my feet for an hour or two.

I have one of those neoprene supports, but that in itself is quite uncomfortable after an hour or so, digging into the back of my knee (too tight?)

So, what advice does anyone have? Tbh, I don't mind something expensive if it's going to save me the discomfort.

Well lets say i tell you not to wear the one you have, that it is awful, that you should be try8ng thirty minutes without support every hour...
And you wreak yourself.
Thats medical malpractice... so yeah, i would think where you can give advice that might permanently ruin a chaps knee, that would be a medical thread.

I use some Rehband knee supports - I use them mainly for the gym but I've worn them under my jeans a few times if my knees are bothering me (Osgood–Schlatter disease)

Comfy and don't move when on. Had no issues with them.

I'm not sure how I wreak myself, so that's unlikely to happen. The rest of the information is not what I asked, why are you trying to give me medical advice, that's not allowed on here you know?

You should seek advice of a physio or similar.

I have. Or did you think I did the surgery myself? :)
