New Computer Build 1000-1500 budget, Help Please

hi there my brother is wanting to make a computer as the title says the budget is pretty flexible and this is his current part choice, anything to change/add at all? hes already got a screen, mouse, keyboard ect ect.

Case- zalman Z3 plus
CPU- Intel Core i5-7600K
Motherboard- ASRock Z170 Extreme6 ATX Skylake
PSU- EVGA SuperNOVA 750 B1
SDD- SanDisk SSD PLUS 240 GB
HDD- Not sure what one but was thinking of having 2
RAM -
Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 Vengeance LPX 16 GB
GUU- some 1070, not sure what one yet
CPU cooler- Not sure but water cooled maybe?
Disk Drive- Any.

Edit: As seen by the 2 builds I posted below, for that budget a GTX 1080 with Coffee-Lake i5/Ryzen 7 should be within budget. The 1080ti build is slightly further out of budget, unless you cut back on the RAM, PSU and motherboard.

Is this PC mainly for gaming?

If it was then I'd go for a Ryzen+1080Ti combo, which I've seen on here is do-able for £1400-1500. It'd have great longevity

fat could be trimmed to save cash, but think thats just the right amount of budget- getting a cheap case that you'll look at every day that houses a Ti is just wrong haha

Cannot 100% remember, some samsung 1080P one but knowing he he will upgrade later on, also thanks for the current builds guys, i'll relay them to him (mainly gaming)
