Budget gaming build

Intel Core i5-7400 3.0GHz

8GB RAM + 1TB HDD

DVD Writer

NVIDIA GF GTX 1050 2GB

Would this make a suitable system for gaming guys - I have been out of the loop for too long ! Only single monitor use will be required

Would probably be buying from the MM as a way to keep the cost down for my youngest son

Are there better bangs for buck around?

For mid range it be good, but depends on what you plan to play and what screen you be using.

Overwatch on high settings with single monitor probably 1920 x 1080 or slightly higher res if it can handle it, would be better
