Aquaero 6LT

2017-3.1

I' not seeing a save button, just a menu down the left hand side. I need to nip out for now, but will have a scour when I get back.
Ok well I’m using 2016 so I’m not sure how much different to mine.

For profiles you click on your device tab as in aquaero 6, then a expanded menu with sensors, controllers etc, at the bottom should be a system tab, click on that then you see a profile tab.

In Aquasuite it's easiest to start by giving fans/outputs and sensors describing names.
(possibly also setting minimum and maximum rpm during that)

After that it's easier to select correct sensor as source for controllers and assign output(s) for it.
And obviously it's good to also name controller basing to what it's meant to control.

@String Ok what you need to do is go into the sensor tab, and then click on the virtual temperature sensor tab. They will be labelled up as virtual temperature 1,2,3, 4 ect. Click on virtual temperature 1 and you should have some boxes on the right, one will say name, below that will be offset and then mode. Name the sensor Delta or what ever you prefer and then click on mode and select temperature difference.

Let me know if your following ok.

Next you need to assign data sources for your virtual sensor. In your case you need to select your water temp sensor in one of the 3 boxes and an ambient in the other, you could also have 2 ambient and one water or 2 water and one ambient.

That the delta now set up you should see the temp on that sensor now reading the temperature difference between your ambient air and coolant temp. In my case I currently have a Delta t of 2.1 degrees.

Now we need to assign this delta virtual sensor to a fan controller, let me know if you want to proceed.

Your welcome.

Once you've got the delta setup you made need to spend a bit of time tweaking it until it does exactly what you want it to do, once you've set it up though you shouldn't need to touch it again.

It's quite incredible what you can actually do with this thing. You an even hook up an rgb light like I have and set it so that it's blue when you're fans are off, yellow when they spin up low and red when their at max, or even according to coolant temperature.

Yea, I've got it going now. Just need to spend some time tweaking. :)
