Outputting to a 4K TV - VGA, HDMI ?

HDMI 2.0 = 4K @ 60 Hz
HDMI 1.4 = 4K @ 30 Hz (horrible flickering)
Display Port 1.2 = 4K @ 60 Hz

That HDTV is recent so yeah you could use a Display Port to HDMI adapter but easier to use a pure HDMI2.0 cable from GPU to HDTV can be picked up very cheaply as well nowadays around £4-5 for 2 M basic cable. Not sure that HP device will have enough VRam for 4K you would be better off with a cheap recent GPU then just HDMI to HDMI. Some Display Port to HDMI convertors can work out expensive if you need audio as well!
