Gotta say, the new website looks and works way better than that last 'update'. It's a lot easier to navigate and seems to be way more responsive too.

Why wouldn't I? It's just up the road from me.
Price or not you cannot fault the customer service here. I know it's frowned upon mentioning competitors but iv personal experience with scan and them going from Oh iv saved 12 pounds over overclockers great to why the **** did I not pay the extra as customer support would have sorted this by now. And it still makes me think whenever I make a purchase.
On topic a little more though websites good but search still seems off for me. Finding some items on search terms but missing a whole load of others. Especially on extensions for internal cables as that's what I was looking at. Also the new ask for help system, seems like it may be open to abuse?

Yes of course customer support is very important, but when the prices reflect a good saving it's a risk i take, i am talking about a full build here with saving of hundreds of pounds, if some shop wants to try it on so be it, but it wont be me who is geting fleeced justy because some flash harry in the office wants his bonus, also some products on the website is fairly lacking for choice.

It's better than it was last week, but still not a patch on the pre-2017 site.
You can block them, however you just get black space instead of the site scaling out like it did until 2013
Much better than the old one at least.
Funny people often complain about the prices, whilst I find some parts cheaper elsewhere, there are usually parts I find at the best price here too even if it is less and less as the years go by.
