It only just made it heh - be interesting to see it doing that in a dynamic environment though looks like it was heavily profiled for a very static pre-measured setup - pretty clever none the less.
Anyone know if this is pre-programmed behaviour based on the exact position of the boxes, or is it dynamically learning its environment and moving accordingly?
Looking at other videos from the same company, I would guess that it's probably a bit of both. There's one where it's trying to pick up a box and not only does someone keep moving the box, they push the robot around as well to disorient it. It's probably programmed here to look for the boxes and jump.
Would only take a pebble or small hole in ground to put the whole thing out of sync. Still very linear. Quite suprised that robots are only at this stage tbh. What's the main drawback?
