He's inferior to Gerrard at 21, I agree however not far and I can't think of many other 21 year olds that have influenced games as much as Alli has. To say he's overrated is nonsense.
He's a bit like Kane in the sense that he doesn't really have any outstanding qualities however he's got enough of everything and you cannot argue with the end result.
He's probably missed more sitters than he's scored goals.
Against Southampton at the moment, a comfortable margin would be starting 2 nil down

The penalty for Everton was a joke, utter utter dive from Niasse, no idea how the ref fell for it. He'll have a ban for that hopefully when reviewed. On reddit I haven't seen a single Everton fan defend it, they are all making jokes about Niasse being dead or saying he deserves a ban... that is how utterly obvious it was. Ref deserves a slap for giving it.
You have to remember that this ref gave a penalty for handball by the defensive player last season. He's not very good at his job.
