Anyone else on a low fodmap diet? Hopefully here we can share recipes and ideas on what to eat as it's a very restrictive diet in terms of what you can / can't eat / drink. For those wondering what it is, it's a diet aimed primarily at IBS sufferers although there are benefits to many other conditions too, ranging from chronic headaches to skin conditions.
