It seems Charles Manson has died.

In 1969, Manson followers, known as the Manson family, killed seven people.

Among the victims of his killing spree was heavily pregnant Hollywood actress Sharon Tate, the wife of director Roman Polanksi.

Four other people at her home were also brutally stabbed to death. The next day, a wealthy couple in Los Angeles were also killed by the "Manson family".

I don't imagine there'll be too many people mourning his passing.

He certainly was interesting . Crazy as hell and highly intelligent and extremely talented , numerous books and films made about him.

Long overdue.

Manson was convicted of first-degree murder, and conspiracy to commit murder. He had taken care to ensure the killings were carried out by people, but he ordered the murders and was present to orchestrate them when they occurred.

The guy was filled with evil, but there's no denying his skill in the art of convincing. Beggars belief that he managed to pull off what he did. I often wonder if this would be possible today (my wife's doing a psychology degree and this topic pops up regularly for obvious reasons).

An evil and wildly eccentric character - it’s not surprising he became so famous.

His response to this is just...

It’s like something Satan might say.

Incredibly disturbing, yet strangely compelling. A true psychopath.

Great news, he should have been killed years ago.

I mean seriously, a mass murderer is sentenced to death, then before it can be carried out the state suspends the death penalty, so instead of waiting a few months they re-sentence him to life without parole instead lol, waste of taxes.

It costs more to execute someone than to keep them locked up in the US.
