Been looking at replacing my two R9-290's with a 1080Ti, needs to have a EK waterblocks to go with it though.
Can anyone come up with a better choice than this? was hoping to find something in the black Friday sales to help make me feel like I got a bargain...?
My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £808.98 (includes shipping: £0.00)

Looks like I really need a reference card to get best compatibility with the coolers available, but not sure whats what so some assistance would be appreciated,?
Cheers

OK buddy, but not sure what you're point was there.

Do these play well together?

Looks like they do but would appreciate second opinion,

Yes they should work fine, that card uses the reference PCB which is what that block and back plate you selected will work on. You can confirm with EK's configuration tool.

Though I would personally spend a £10 more and get a EVGA SC Black Edition: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/evga...i-express-graphics-card-11g-p4-gx-313-ea.html

Uses same reference PCB, but know EVGA are okay with waterblocks (provided you don't mess up PCB) and have a pretty amazing RMA service with returns here in UK.

Really appreciate your input. That's just what I wanted, a recommendation of the best cards in the format that suits waterblocks available.
Cheers

Any other thoughts?
